  10. Appointments will be available Monday and Tuesday, March 15 and 16, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday, March 17, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  11. Loading after the show will commence at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 20, until sunset and on Monday, March 22, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. NO SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY, MARCH 21. Forklifts and loaders needed after Monday need to make special arrangements in the Unload/Load office on Saturday.

  13. Specific unload times cannot be guaranteed; however, exhibitors will be unloaded in as timely a manner as possible upon arrival. This form must be completed and submitted prior to services being performed. Additional forms will be available onsite at the unload/load trailer. Exhibits MUST REMAIN INTACT until 4:00 p.m. Saturday. Exhibitors must report to the unload/load trailer when 100% ready for loading to be added to the schedule. Load services will be performed thru sunset CST Saturday, March 20th, and on Monday, March 22nd, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. NO SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY, March 21st. Services will be invoiced within 30 days of the show date and will be DUE UPON RECEIPT. **For the safely of all concerned, outside unloading and loading activities will CEASE AT SUNSET.** **Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests; however, this does not serve as a guarantee.**


  15. Ford County has workers compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, and general liability insurance. Certificates of these policies are available upon request. It is not practical for Ford County to insure vehicles, machinery, or equipment that is owned or leased and maintained by you or your company but moved and placed by our volunteers/employees at your request. Nor is it practical for us to insure our employees for the use of vehicles, machinery or equipment. Therefore, we do not provide any insurance coverage or accept liability for claims or expenses that may result from the operation of vehicles, machinery or equipment by our employees. In order for Ford County to provide employees to set up vehicles, machinery or equipment, whether owned, leased or borrowed by companies, we require that company acknowledges Ford County does not provide coverage in these areas, and your company will be entirely responsible for the following: 1. Claims for bodily injury, including death, (excluding our employees’ workers compensation claims) or property damage arising out of operation by our employees of company’s vehicles, machinery or equipment whether it is owned, leased or borrowed and; 2. Loss or damage to company’s vehicles, including cargo and contents, machinery, equipment or material while being used by or in the care, custody or control of a Ford County employee and; 3. The customer acknowledges it has the necessary insurance coverage, and the insurance carrier is aware of and has extended coverage to include these provisions. Permission for Ford County employees to load, unload and operate company vehicles, machinery or equipment is conditioned upon signing this request for service and returning it to Ford County BEFORE work is to commence. This request for service must be signed by an authorized representative of the company. I am an authorized representative of the company and herby agree to the provisions above.
